Repair request

This is the section dedicated to private customers who intend to forward a repair request to our lab.
We ask everyone to consult the terms and conditions of our services before completing the following form.

Our laboratory is capable of carrying out repairs and maintenance on all systems. Game consoles, computers and more.
Once the request has been submitted, instructions and communications will be sent to you via email during our normal working hours.

The timing of repairs or diagnostics varies based on the period and amount of work currently present at the time of the request.
Generally our times are fast with a response within 48 hours and a repair within 2 weeks.
Except for cases in which spare parts have to be ordered, where it is possible to see the times extend by up to 1 month.

ATTENTION

Due to the traditional chaos that the holidays bring for couriers and shipments, we would like to inform you that from December 1st to January 15th, all our returns will be suspended to avoid delivery issues and lost packages. If you still wish to receive your item within this period, you will be solely responsible for any loss.

Please note that the shipments we make for repairs are NEVER insured. Shipping insurance companies only cover claims related to the purchase of an item and DO NOT accept claims for repairs.

DEVICES FOUND WITH LIQUID DAMAGE MAY SUBJECT TO PRICE INCREASES FOR REPAIR OR MAINTENANCE NOT CALCULATED IN     THE ADVANCE QUOTE​
DEVICES FOUND WITH SMOKE RESIDUE OR INSECT INFESTATIONS WILL INCUR AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE OF €50 ON THE PRICE OF   REPAIR OR MAINTENANCE
